Scope of Work

• Provide Emergency Repair Service for temporary roof repairs.

• Demo existing EPDM roofing system on main roof

• Abate existing asbestos roof on upper roof & remove all existing electrical conduit and Red Obstruction lights.

• Install new 60 mil TPO roofing system with new 1/2” coverboard over existing insulation.

• Provide stair scaffolding systems with trash shoots on exterior and interior.

• Repair approx. 2500 sq. ft. of interior ceiling with patch, paint, sound panels and sheetrock.
