• Demo Existing Flooring, Cove base & Curtains

• Remove & Dispose of all existing furniture.

• Prepare and paint all walls, doors, and ceilings

• Furnish and install new window blinds.

• Prepare fl oors: shot blast, moisture barrier and selfleveler.

• Install Luxury Vinyl planking fl ooring system and new rubber cove base.
