Project Description

Project includes removal and disposal of existing ~6,800 SF metal roofing, soffits, felt, rotted sheathing, drains, gutters, and downspouts; installation of new metal roofing, felt with high-wind nailing, bitumen self-sealing under flashing/counter flashing/edges (min. 4 ft up), 6” seamless 20-gauge Kynar gutters (220 LF, 110 MPH rated), downspouts (8-16 ft high x 4 ft), directional concrete splash blocks.
