Emergency temporary roof repairs, followed by demolition of the existing EPDM roof and abatement of the asbestos upper roof, including removal of conduit and red obstruction lights. Installed a new 60 mil TPO roofing system over new 1/2-inch coverboard, provided stair scaffolding with trash chutes, and repaired about 2,500 sq ft of interior ceiling with patch, paint, sound panels and sheetrock.
