Replaced the walkway at the electrical and mechanical rooms with a new sloped 6-inch reinforced concrete pad, installed three floor drains, tied roof drains into new piping and added a sump pump discharging to storm drain. Interior work included asbestos abatement, flooring, ceilings, LED lighting and restrooms.
