PACIFIC VIEWS EXCHANGE RENOVATION

Comprehensive interior and exterior renovation of the approximately 108,600 SF Pacific Views Marine Corps Exchange (Bldg. 2010) at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. Project includes LED lighting upgrades throughout retail and support areas, replacement of VCT/carpet flooring with new porcelain tile and carpet tile, new millwork/cashwraps per MCX standards, automated entry doors, restroom partition replacements, cooler maintenance, electrical load study with added outlets/data lines, exterior signage refinishing, and Garden Center repairs. Awarded to West Development, Inc. under MCCS Nonappropriated Funds contract with required bonding, safety plans, and submittals, delivering enhanced retail functionality, energy efficiency, and code compliance in a negotiable performance period.
