Restored flow at four road-crossing culverts and bridges in Rose Canyon. In-stream excavation with excavators and tracked skid steers removed sediment, cobble and vegetation beneath the crossings down to 7 ft, and riprap displaced by erosion was reinstalled. Work was performed in environmentally sensitive areas, with soil characterization testing for disposal, hauling and street sweeping.
