Design-build replacement of the Camp Morena emergency generator, from design through stamped final drawings: demolition of the existing generator enclosure, generator and fuel tank; new 100 kW propane emergency generator and automatic transfer switch; underground propane piping, conduits and cables on a new concrete pad; new galvanized steel utility pole, main meter and service disconnect; secured chain-link enclosure with privacy slats and lockable gate; and a new concrete walkway and stairs with stem walls and landing.
