Full renovation of the Area 43 Marine Corps Exchange: new standing-seam metal roof with proper drainage, packaged A/C units and condensers, full LED interior and exterior lighting, urethane cooler/freezer panels and doors, automated bi-parting aluminum storefront doors, fire alarm upgrade to code, polished concrete sales floor, acoustical drop ceilings, about 2,000 SF of new drywall, new millwork, unisex restroom renovation, interior and exterior paint, utility hookup ports and a new MCX exterior sign.
